There are two usual reasons for this: Firstly, you could have successfully registered without realising it. We offer the facility during registration to have 2 security questions that if answered correctly, will allow passwords to be reset. Simply go to the login page and click on 'forgotten your password'. Enter your login name and then click 'Go'. You will then be asked your security questions. Type in your answer and the system will reset your password immediately. Then simply log in again using your original login name and the new password received via email.

If you did not enter the security questions during registration, the link to 'forgotten your password' may fail and you will need to register again.

Why do I get a 'session terminated' message when accessing your site?
