is my chosen name for registration not acceptable?
There are two usual reasons for this: Firstly, you could
have successfully registered without realising it. If you
think you may have an existing user name and password, please

Secondly, someone else could have chosen the same user name.

questions that if answered correctly, will allow passwords
to be reset. Simply go to the login page and click on 'forgotten
your password'. Enter your login name and then click 'Go'.
You will then be asked your security questions. Type in
your answer and the system will reset your password immediately.
Then simply log in again using your original login name
and the new password received via email.
If you did not enter the security questions during registration,
the link to 'forgotten your password' may fail and you will
need to register again.

earlier) expired on 1 January 2000. This means that secure
